Return and Refund for 表弟好煮意 Product

 

If the 表弟好煮意 product you are purchasing shows symptoms of a hardware failure upon its unboxing when you receive from the courier company, you have the right not to accept the item. Kindly notify our online store team at biaodiofficial@gmail.com .  Our online store will coordinate regarding the hardware-failed device purchase.

 

Please ensure that the item is able to be repacked with all the cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it.

 

Once you have started using it, we are NOT able to proceed with return and refund for your 表弟好煮意product.

 

 

Return and Refund Policy for 表弟好煮意 products

 

Please check your product when you receive it from the courier company. Please let us know if you wish to change to another unit, kindly email to biaodiofficial@gmail.com .

 

We will only refund in the event that the goods:

  • are of unacceptable quality (eg. due to a defect by the manufacturer / supplier)
  • do not match the description of the package by which they were sold
  • and it is within 10 days of purchase.

 

Refunds will NOT be provided if you simply change your mind.

Refunds

 

Our refunds are processed centrally around 14 working days. When returning a product for a refund, you will be asked for your name, address and signature as authorisation for the refund transaction into your bank account, kindly contact biaodiofficial@gmail.com . Our team will get in touch with you to process the refund. The refund will require up to 14 working days.
